The Hurricane - How It Works
The Hurricane operates on a simple "wrapping and unwrapping" process. You simply take your normal batting stance and swing at the ball, which is attached to a 46" training stick. Specially designed powerbands return the ball after each swing.
Quick and easy adjustments can be made to suit batters of all ages, sizes and abilities. The Hurricane comes with three powerbands, and they are the speed adjustment mechanism for the machine. You add a powerband to increase ball return speed and you remove a powerband to decrease ball return speed. The ball height is adjustable within the strike zone from 25" to 50." To practice hitting strikes in every possible location, a batter only needs to move their body.
Easy to set up -- no tools are needed -- the Hurricane can be used anywhere there's enough area to swing a bat. The rugged, non-slip 4' base is ideal for indoor or outdoor use, and the machine is lightweight enough (37 lbs.) that it's easy to move.
The machine comes with The Highly Acclaimed 20-Minute Hurricane Batting Practice Workout. This booklet contains 9 drills that cover all the mechanics and skills required for hitting success. Just perform the workout three times a week and you're guaranteed to see improvement in bat speed and power!

The Hurricane has a 90 day warranty. The powerbands should last at least one year.
