Greetings!

I am Coach Arnald Swift, a former High School Coach and A.D. It was my privilege and a very rewarding experience to work as Coach for 34 seasons in the same school system. Those years gave me a wealth of understanding about coaching and the how-tos of providing the right environment and training opportunities for developing athletes.

As we all know, it isn't possible to retire from the love of baseball and softball! So, it was a natural 'fit' when I came to work for baseballtips.com, a company specializing in baseball & fast pitch training equipment. Working with other coaches, parents of players, and players themselves, has been a great next step in my career as a Coach. It has also been great to work with a staff of people with whom I share the same commitment - to the betterment of the game itself and more particularly the players and teams. We pride ourselves as being primarily a service company for baseball & softball, not just a sales company. We want to make sure that when you do purchase equipment, you get the correct equipment for your needs. To be able to provide that level of service takes time and dedication getting to know the products.

After 4 seasons in sales at Baseball Tips, my hands-on experience with the equipment combined with my knowledge as a coach opened a new opportunity for me. I am now National Sales Manager for the Pro & Purchase Order Division of both baseballtips.com and softball-tips.com.

What is the Pro & Purchase Order Division?

In response to a growing demand, this special division of the company focuses on the unique needs of schools, teams, recreation departments, leagues, training facilities and companies seeking baseball & softball equipment and supplies.

My job as National Sales Manager is to personally work with you, your staff and your dugout club. I can advise you about choices of equipment for your ball field and any indoor training facility, as well as help you prioritize your budget to get maximum improvement opportunies for your players. We have saved our customers countless hard earned (and fundraised) dollars. We are proud to have consistently provided them with higher quality and longer lasting products than they might have received by ordering from sporting goods salesmen, catalogs or stores.

We also offer special "Facilities Pricing." We accept PO’s, checks and credit cards from schools, organizations, and work with clients that have other financing needs.

Our free consulting service is here to help you design, furnish and implement your own training facility based on the knowledge and experience gained through 'building' other training facilities.
