BetterPitching was founded by professional pitcher and lead instructor Phil Rosengren to provide the very best instruction for pitchers of all ages. Phil grew up in Rye, NY where he went to Rye Country Day School before going to Northwestern University on a baseball scholarship. After graduating he was drafted by the Cleveland Indians and spent two years as a starting pitcher in their organization. For the past two seasons Phil pitched for the Bridgeport Bluefish, giving him a great opportunity to play close to home. He offers year-round pitching lessons and clinics for young pitchers throughout the tri-state area. With his new website he now offers a video motion analysis service to help pitchers maximize their performance and reduce the risk of injury. BetterPitching is about fostering a love and respect for the game. Phil founded BetterPitching with the belief that training to be successful on the pitcher\'s mound is a great way to build a foundation of character that will serve you both on and off the field of competition.
