I would like to get the word out that we do stress the importance of proper training for all age groups. From Little League to college the message should be the same. Balance throughout, with the plane of the swing matching the plane of the pitch. It\'s most fun when a young hitter\'s swing captured on film can be bounced against a still from a MLB player and we can all see the similarities. We specialize in the Ted Williams approach to hitting - balance, hips and hands and a good, quick level to the pitch swing plane. |
