Finally, an affordable and efficient lightweight team or backyard pitching machine that throws fastballs and curveballs! The 2 oz. baseball-sized safety foam training (SFT) balls give hitters a realistic look at pitches. Speeds can be varied from 25-60 mph with pinpoint accuracy! Easy to adjust to throw fastballs and breaking pitches to batters, plus ground balls and fly balls too. A simple twist of the wrist allows you to quickly change from one pitch to another.

The Power Streak is great to take on the road for pre-game batting practice and other drills, plus it fits conveniently into a standard equipment bag. The machine comes assembled; you simply fit the legs into the base. It's easy to adjust and break down for storage. Just listening to the motor hum, you'll get the idea that the Power Streak was designed to last a lot longer than its one year warranty!

The Power Streak Pitching Machine

I saw this brand new model demonstrated at The National Baseball Coaches Conference in Philadelphia. They placed 3 Power Streak Pitching Machines side by side with one throwing fastballs from only 35 feet a 2nd throwing RH breaking balls while a 3rd threw LH breaking balls.

3 college ballplayers were "hired" from Villanova U to hit all day and let me tell you.while not even at max speeds, those players had all they could handle.

The balls came in consistently, the breaking balls were sharp and consistent and the 2 oz. white SFT balls this machine uses (the same balls you will receive) flew well off their bats and sounded like hitting a machine pitch dimple ball.

The simple adjustments operated the direction and varied speeds and didn't require unwanted adjusting throughout the entire day!

The motor hums efficiently and didn't lose power between pitches so there is no delay in waiting to hit the next pitch.again showing me that it was built well!

Zeroing in on areas of the strike zone wasn't tough at all; and once I got it there, it didn't require any adjustment. The instructions to change types of pitches were clearly demonstrated which helped eliminate any initial struggle.

The negatives are that it must use the manufacturer's own light-flight balls (approx 2 oz.) and they only include 6 which is rather lame.

We include a total of 30 balls in our coaches package which will give you around 3 minutes of consistent batting without stopping. More balls can be added by the dozen for around $25. directly from our shopping cart or by calling us toll free at 1 800 487 7432.

Some will consider it a negative in that it does not throw regulation 5 oz. leather baseballs or machine pitch dimple balls. I think it's a matter of what you are attempting to accomplish and what you want. If you need to hit a regulation baseball then, no, this is not a good choice, you will be disappointed and you should look at our other offerings. But for those who are looking for a light ball machine, this is money well spent!

PS: This machine is even more versatile when combined with any of our portable cage kits! Our cage kits are very inexpensive and will easily contain the Hit Streak balls, plus they are sturdy enough to handle real baseballs!

Attention

The Power Streak only uses 2 oz. regulation baseball-sized safety foam training (SFT) balls. Normal baseballs weight 5 oz. However, the SFT balls do provide a major benefit for youth and experienced hitters.

For younger players
The 2 oz. ball reduces the fear of getting injured by a pitch. Because the batter no longer has to worry about being hit with a hard ball, he'll be able to fully focus on hitting.

For older players
The unique compression of the polypropylene SFT ball enables it to break sharply, making the Power Streak one of the most realistic curve ball machines on the market.

Also, the SFT ball can be used in any pitching machine and is great for tee or soft toss drills. The ball is perfect to use outdoors or inside, where its light weight won't cause damage.
